The Hart's
This unit located in Tower III, 5th floor, though a two bedroom, it provides a lot of space for a large family or two families. Each Bedroom has 2 queen beds in each room. The Master bedroom faces the ocean and has a walk out to the balcony.
The Master bath has a large garden tub for relaxing in after that long day at the beach. The second bedroom also has two queen beds with a shared bathroom to the hallway.
The living room faces the ocean and provides great views of the ocean and in the evenings you'll see some spectacular sunset views. The kitchen is fully furnished and also has the washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Edgewater Beach Resort has everything you need for your vacation retreat either within the resort or within walking distance. This makes it a great place to stay. It still has the best amenities on the beach compared to other complexes.

This spacious 3 bedroom unit located in Tower III, 8th floor overlooks the Emerald Coastal waters of Panama City Beach. Enjoy the sunsets at night from the balcony or the dolphins in the morning as they swim up the coast.
The Master Bedroom unit faces the ocean and has a walk out to the balcony. The 2nd Guest Bedroom has a King bed for that other special guest located just off the dining area with it's own private bath area. And the 3rd Guest Bedroom has 2 queen beds for the rest of the family to enjoy.
The Kitchen is fully furnished and provides everything you need for a short stay at the beach. The dining table and Kitchen bar provide plenty of space to enjoy a meal together with your family and friends.
